1. Services
Cutz By Marc 305 ("we," "us") provides mobile and in-shop barber services in South Florida. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.
2. Booking & Deposits
House call services require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service. All other services may be paid in full at booking or at time of service.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability.
4. Travel & Distance Charges
House calls within 10 miles of our North Miami Beach base location have no additional travel fee. Locations beyond 10 miles incur a distance charge disclosed at booking.
5. Memberships
Membership plans are billed monthly via Square. Membership benefits are non-transferable. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice to info@cutzbymarc305.com.
6. Liability
Cutz By Marc 305 is licensed and insured. Clients are responsible for providing accurate location information and safe access for mobile services.
